Reaction Steps

To a solution of 3-benzyl-4,5-dimethyl-6-piperazin-1-yl-pyridazine (60 mg, 0.21 mmol)) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL) at 25° C. is added phenyl isocyanate (33 mg, 0.28 mmol). After being stirred at 25° C. for 2 h, the reaction mixture is concentrated and purified by HPLC (CH3CN/H2O: 22%˜45% with 0.1% TFA) to give 4-(6-benzyl-4,5-dimethyl-pyridazin-3-yl)-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid phenylamide (49 mg, 58%).
