The title compound was prepared similarly to the methods described in Example 91, with (R)-tert-butyl (4-(7-ethyl-8-isopropyl-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)methylcarbamate (Example 107) instead of (R)-tert-butyl 4-(8-cyclopentyl-7-ethyl-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin-2-yl)pyridin-3-ylcarbamate (Example 92). LCMS (0.05% TFA): 341.2 m/z (M+H)+; 1H-NMR (MeOD, 500 MHz): δ: 8.66 (s, 1H), 8.60 (d, 1H, J=5.0 Hz), 8.18 (s, 1H), 8.07 (d, 1H, J=5.0 Hz), 4.71 (m, 1H), 4.46 (m, 1H), 4.11 (s, 2H), 3.43 (s, 3H), 1.99 (m, 1H), 1.81 (m, 1H), 1.49 (d, 3H, J=6.5 Hz), 1.46 (d, 3H, J=6.5 Hz), 0.89 (t, 3H, J=7.5 Hz).
