Procedure
(2-{[4-Chloro-3-(6-chloro-4-methyl-pyridin-3-yl)-benzoyl]-methyl-amino}-phenoxy)-acetic acid methyl ester (28 mg, 0.06 mmol) was dissolved in 7N ammonia in MeOH (1 mL) and stirred at room temperature until starting material was consumed. The mixture was concentrated and taken up in MeOH, filtered and washed with methanol to yield N-(2-carbamoylmethoxy-phenyl)-4-chloro-3-(6-chloro-4-methyl-pyridin-3-yl)-N-methyl-benzamide 6-1. MS [M+H]+: 444.0; tR=6.25 min; (method 2)
