Prepared according to a procedure analogous to that described for synthesis of Example 171, except using 1-(4-bromo-3-methoxy-phenyl)-3-cyclobutyl-imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazin-8-ylamine and 2-fluoro-phenol. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ=2.01-2.11 (m, 1H), 2.14-2.25 (m, 1H), 2.46-2.55 (m, 2H), 2.59-2.71 (m, 2H), 3.83 (t, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 3.95 (s, 3H), 6.95-7.04 (m, 3H), 7.07-7.22 (m, 5H), 7.33 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H). MS (ES+): m/z 404.94 (100) [MH+].
