To a solution of the product of Example 32A (340 mg, 1.64 mmol) and pyridine (535 μL, 6.56 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (20 mL) was added 2-methoxy-5-(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl chloride (470 mg, 1.97 mmol) dropwise. The mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 1 h. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and was purified by column chromatography (SiO2, 40% hexanes/EtOAc) to provide the title compound 550 mg (82%). MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 410 (M+H)+.
