Dioxane-HCl (6 ml) was added to a solution of tert-butyl (1-(2-oxo-2-(9-(pyridin-4-yl)-3,9-diazaspiro[5.5]undecan-3-yl)ethyl)-1H-indol-7-yl)methylcarbamate (600 mg, 1.16 mmol, 1.0 equiv.) in dioxane (6 ml), and the mixture was stirred for 1 h at RT. When the reaction was complete (TLC monitoring), the solvent was removed under vacuum and the residue was adjusted to a basic pH value with TEA and was concentrated again. The crude product was purified by column chromatography (Alox neutral; 5-10% MeOH/DCM), and the desired product was thus obtained in the form of a white solid.
