Using a procedure analogous to that described for Example 9, 4-chloro-6-methoxy-7-(3-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)propoxy)quinazoline (0.13 g, 0.4 mol), (prepared as described for the starting material in Example 9), was reacted with 7-hydroxy-4-methylquinoline (80 mg, 0.5 mol), (Chem. Berich. 1967, 100, 2077), to give 6-methoxy-4-(4-methylquinolin-7-yloxy)-7-(3-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)propoxy)quinazoline (155 mg, 87%).
