Reaction Steps
Sonogashira reaction of 25 with 1-ethynyl-cyclooctanol yielded 2,2,2-trifluoro-N-(3-hydroxy-3-(3-(2-(1-hydroxycyclooctyl)ethynyl)phenyl)propyl)acetamide as yellow oil. Yield (0.54 g, 44%). This compound was used without further purification in the next step.
