2-[2-(N,N-Dimethylamino)pyrimidine-4-yl]-6-(2-fluoroethoxy)benzothiophene (1-36, 77 mg, 93%) was prepared in the same manner as in Example 35 as a yellow solid using 2-(2-chloropyrimidine-4-yl)-6-(2-fluoroethoxy)benzothiophene (105b, 80 mg, 0.26 mmol) obtained in Preparation Example 20 and a 2.0 M dimethylamine methanol solution (NHMe2 in MeOH, 0.26 mL, 0.52 mmol).
