2-[2-(N,N-Dimethylamino)pyrimidine-4-yl]-6-(3-fluoropropoxy)benzothiophene (1-39, 50 mg, 70%) was prepared in the same manner as in Example 36 as a yellow solid using 2-(2-chloropyrimidine-4-yl)-6-(3-fluoro propoxy)benzothiophene (105c, 70 mg, 0.22 mmol) obtained in Preparation Example 21 and a 2.0 M dimethylamine methanol solution (NHMe2 in MeOH, 0.17 mL, 0.34 mmol).
