The title compound was prepared following the procedure described for 6a using 2-oxopiperazine instead of piperazine. 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 3.08 (2H, m), 3.90 (2H, dd, J=5.67, 4.94), 4.19 (2H, s), 7.15 (1H, dd, J=7.42, 1.09 Hz), 7.20 (1H, d, J=9.34 Hz), 7.40 (2H, dd, J=8.51, 7.42 Hz), 7.85 (1H, d, J=9.06 Hz), 8.16 (1H, br), 8.22 (1H, dd, J=7.70, 1.09 Hz), 8.57 (1H, s). m/z 361.4 (MH+).
