The title compound was prepared in the same fashion as that described for compound 183 from 2-chloro-N-((2-(4-chlorophenyl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)methyl)pyrimidin-4-amine and 2-(methylamino)ethanol. M/e+ 409 for C21H22ClN6O (M+H)+; 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.61 (s, 1H), 7.74 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.68 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 1H), 7.50 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 2H), 7.43 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 7.39 (m, 1H), 5.84 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 2H), 5.08 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 3.74 (m, 2H), 3.17 (s, 3H) ppm.
