The title compound was prepared from N-benzylhydrazine carbothioamide and 1-[3-(7-fluoro-quinolin-6-ylmethyl)-imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-yl]-ethanone in analogy to the synthesis of example 1 in 80% yield. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 10.58 (s, 1H), 9.30 (t, 1H), 8.86 (dd, 1H), 8.30 (m, 2H), 8.05 (d, 1H), 7.95 (d, 1H), 7.77 (d, 1H), 7.69 (s, 1H), 7.47 (q, 1H), 7.32 (m, 4H), 7.23 (m, 1H), 4.89 (d, 2H), 4.58 (s, 2H), 2.39 (s, 3H). LCMS (method C): [MH]+=484, tR=4.18 min.
