The title compound as a light yellow solid (370 mg, 1.109 mmol, 78%) was synthesized from (6-chloroimidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-3-yl)(4,6-difluoro-1-methyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)methanol (500 mg, 1.43 mmol), Iodine (907 mg, 3.57 mmol) and phosphinic acid (50%, 0.55 mL) using the same procedure as described in the synthesis of compound 31.2. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, MeOH-d4) δ ppm 8.07 (s, 1H), 8.01 (d, 1H), 7.44 (s, 1H), 7.29 (d, 1H), 7.27 (d, 1H), 4.46 (s, 2H), 4.04 (s, 3H). LCMS (method B): [MH]+=333.9, tR=2.68 min.
