Compound 5 was prepared in an analogous manner to that of Compound 1 using diethyl aminomethylphosphonate (Intermediate 5.3) as the amine. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD, ppm): 7.89 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.74 (s, 1H), 7.63˜7.66 (m, 1H), 7.57˜7.61 (m, 2H), 6.97 (s, 1H), 4.80˜4.89 (m, 1H), 4.55˜4.67 (m, 2H), 3.83˜3.89 (m, 1H), 3.55˜3.66 (m, 1H), 3.02˜3.11 (m, 5H). MS (ES, m/z): 465 [M+H]+.
