Reaction Steps

This compound was prepared following the procedure described in example 1 (part E) starting with 0.07 g (0.18 mmol) of 5-[4-(1H-indol-3-yl)-piperidin-1-ylmethyl]-2-methoxy-benzoic acid ethyl ester and 0.05 g (0.25 mmol) of 2-thiophen-2-yl-ethyl methansulfonate. After the standard purification, 0.009 g (10% of yield) of the expected acid was obtained.
