This compound was prepared following the procedure described in example 13 (part D) starting with 0.05 g (0.16 mmol) of 5-methoxy-3-piperidin-4-yl-1-(2-thiophen-3-yl-ethyl)-1H-indole (example 87, part D) and 0.054 g (0.21 mmol) of 2-bromomethyl-4-methoxy-benzoic acid methyl ester. After standard work-up and purification by chromatography using a C18 column, 0.019 g (24% of yield) of the expected acid were obtained.
