Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2S)-3-[4-(3-Chloro-prop-1-ynyl)-phenyl]-2-methoxy-propionic acid ethyl ester from Example 5, Step A and benzyl-4-hydroxyphenylketone in a manner analogous to that described for Example 5, Step B. MS(ES) for C27H24O5 [M−H]−: 427.2.
