7 g of 2-bromo-2',4'-dichloro-5'-sulfamoyl-acetophenone and 2.5 g of 1,3-dimethyl-thiourea were allowed to react for 20 hours in 50 ml of methanol, the precipitate of 4-(2,4-dichloro-5-sulfamoylphenyl)-3-methyl-2-methylimino-1,3-thiazolidine-4-ol-hydrobromide was filtered off and washed with acetone.
