Procedure

26.7 g of 3-chloro-4-methyl-5-sulfamoyl-benzoyl chloride were reacted in a manner analogous to that described in Example 1 b with diazomethane to yield the 3'-chloro-4'-methyl-5'-sulfamoyl-diazoacetophenone, M.p. 184° C.
