To a solution of (1-{3-[5-(4-chlorophenyl)-5H-imidazo[2,1-a]isoindol-5-yl]propanoyl}piperidin-4-yl)methanol (36 mg) in CH2Cl2 was added resin (polystyrene) bound IBX (2 equivalent) and allowed to react overnight. The reaction mixture was then filtered through a fitted funnel and the resin was washed thoroughly with THF. Combined filtrate and washings were concentrated to give the title compound as a colorless glass. Mass. found (M+H)+, 480.0.
