The product was obtained starting from 2-isobutyl-5-(pyrimidin-5-ylamino)-pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid (60 mg, 0.22 mmol; example 331, step 1) and 4-amino-2-methyl-2H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid methylamide (44 mg, 0.28 mmol) according to the method described in example 64, step 6 after purification by preparative HPLC using an acetonitrile/water gradient as yellow solid (42 mg, 47%).
