The title compound was synthesized following the same method as described for the synthesis of N-(7-bromoisoquinolin-3-yl)cyclopropanecarboxamide, using commercially available isoquinolin-3-amine instead of 7-bromo-isoquinolin-3-amine. LCMS (ESI): RT (min)=3.537, M+H=213.1, method=E; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 10.89 (s, 1H), 9.14 (s, 1H), 8.45 (s, 1H), 8.04 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 1H), 7.85 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1H), 7.69 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 7.51 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 2.06 (d, J=4.4 Hz, 1H), 0.89-0.77 (m, 4H).
