Reaction Steps
The product from Example 11B and 2-[4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]acetic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 57 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.44 (d, J=7.1 Hz, 1H), 8.14 (td, J=7.7, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 8.01-8.10 (m, 2H), 7.70-7.76 (m, 2H), 7.60-7.63 (m, 2H), 3.86-3.87 (bs, 2H); MS (ESI) m/z 416 (M+H)+.
