The product of Example 86A and 2-morpholinoacetic acid hydrochloride were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 57 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.42-8.46 (m, 1H), 7.96-8.08 (m, 2H), 7.75-7.79 (m, 1H), 7.64-7.69 (m, 4H), 4.27-4.28 (m, 2H), 3.79-3.94 (m, 4H), 3.34-3.38 (m, 4H); MS (APCI+) M/Z 399 (M+H)+.
