The product of Example 86A and 2-[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]acetic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 57 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.40-8.42 (m, 1H), 7.93-8.04 (m, 2H), 7.71-7.74 (m, 1H), 7.58-7.69 (m, 4H), 7.41-7.43 (m, 2H), 7.23-7.25 (m, 2H), 3.68-3.69 (bs, 2H), 3.06 (s, 6H); MS (APCI+) M/Z 433 (M+H)+.
