The product of Example 86A and 2-(5-chlorothiophen-2-yl)acetic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 5 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 11.77-11.81 (bs, 1H), 8.39-8.42 (m, 1H), 7.84-8.05 (m, 2H), 7.70-7.76 (m, 1H), 7.56-7.68 (m, 4H), 6.99 (d, J=3.8 Hz, 1H), 6.92 (d, J=3.8 Hz, 1H), 3.91-3.92 (bs, 2H); MS (ESI+) M/Z 430 (M+H)+.
