The product from Example 86A and 2-(4-chloro-3-fluorophenyl)acetyl chloride were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 1C to give the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 11.70-11.79 (m, 1H), 8.39-8.44 (m, 1H), 7.88-8.05 (m, 2H), 7.71-7.76 (m, 1H), 7.63 (s, 4H), 7.57 (t, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.44 (dd, J=10.5, 1.9 Hz, 1H), 7.25 (dd, J=8.3, 1.9 Hz, 1H), 3.75 (s, 2H); MS (ESI+) M/Z 442 (M+H)+.
