[8-(2-Methoxy-phenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-2-yl]-[4-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-phenyl]-amine was prepared from 8-(2-Methoxy-phenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-2-ylamine (75.0 mg, 0.312 mmol) and 1-(4-Bromo-phenyl)-4-methyl-piperazine (90.0 mg, 0.353 mmol) with 2,2′-Bis-dicyclohexylphosphanyl-biphenyl (34.0 mg, 0.0622 mmol) as the ligand in a manner analogous to Step 2d. The title compound was isolated as a pale yellow foam (0.063 g, 49%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3, δ, ppm): 8.39 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 1H), 7.62 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.51 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 7.45 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 7.40 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.09 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 7.04 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.95 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 6.91-6.86 (m, 1H), 6.65 (s, 1H), 3.81 (s, 3H), 3.17-3.12 (m, 4H), 2.61-2.56 (m. 4H), 2.36 (s, 3H). MS=415 (MH)+.
