A mixture comprising (2,4-dioxo-1,4-dihydro-2H-quinazolin-3-yl)-acetic acid tert-butyl ester (Intermediate L) (226.7 mg, 0.82 mmol), 2-bromo-N-(2,6-dichloro-pyridine-4-yl)-acetamide (Intermediate N) (256.5 mg, 0.902 mmol) and Cs2CO3 (545.1 mg, 1.64 mmol) in DMF (5 ml) is stirred at RT for 3 hours. The resulting mixture is treated with water and the precipitate is filtered under vacuum. The solid is washed with water, iso-hexane and then dried to give the title compound, [M+H]+ 479
