Reaction Steps
41 mg (0.1 mmol) 4-[3-(3-Hydroxy-benzoylamino)-benzylamino]-quinazoline-8-carboxylic acid amide were dissolved in 1 ml DMF. 97 mg (0.3 mmol) Cs2CO3 and 15 mg (0.11 mmol) 1-Bromo-2-methoxy-ethane were added. The mixture was stirred for 5 days at 50° C. Water was added to the reaction mixture, the percipitate was filtered and dried. 15.9 mg, off-white solid.
