The same procedure as E64 from 5-{[(5-ethyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-2-pyrimidinyl)thio]methyl}-2-{[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]oxy}benzonitrile (250 mg, 0.579 mmol), DIPEA (0.202 mL, 1.159 mmol) and MeI (0.054 mL, 0.869 mmol) in DCM (2 mL). to afford the title compound (100 mg, 38.7% yield).
