tert-Butyl 8-bromo-6-methyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydroazepino[4,3-b]indole-2(1H)-carboxylate (200 mg, 0.528 mmol) and 4-(2-(pyridin-2-yl)ethyl)piperazin-2-one (118 mg, 0.576 mmol) were reacted following the procedure for Example 53 (step b) to provide the title compound (52 mg, 20%) as a white solid: ESI MS m/z 504 [M+H]−.
