tert-Butyl 2-bromo-10-methyl-5,8,9,10-tetrahydropyrido[3′,2′:4,5]pyrrolo[2,3-d]azepine-7(6H)-carboxylate (120 mg, 0.316 mmol) and 4-(4-fluorobenzyloxy)pyridin-2(1H)-one (76 mg, 0.35 mmol) were reacted following the procedure for Example 2 (step d) to provide the title compound (100 mg, 62%) as a white solid: ESI MS m/z 519 [M+H]+.
