tert-Butyl 2-bromo-10-methyl-7,8,9,10-tetrahydropyrido[3′,2′:4,5]pyrrolo[3,2-c]azepine-6(5H)-carboxylate (147 mg, 0.386 mmol) and 4-(4-fluorobenzyloxy)pyridin-2(1H)-one (93 mg, 0.43 mmol) were reacted following the procedure for Example 2 (step d) to provide the title compound (193 mg, 96%) as a yellow oil: ESI MS m/z 519 [M+H]+.
