PROCEDURE

实验过程

The compound obtained in example 16 (658 mg) was dissolved in 25% TFA/DCM solution (10 mL). The mixture was stirred on a magnetic stirrer for 4 hrs at room temperature. DCM and most of TFA were removed by rotary evaporation in vacuo. The foam obtained was dissolved in DCM (50 mL). The resultant mixture was washed with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and filtered. The solid obtained (380 mg) was dried in vacuo. 1H NMR (CDCl3, ppm) δ 8.0-8.1 (m, 2H), 7.90-8.00 (m, 2H), 5.20-5.28 (m, 1H), 4.59-4.62 (m, 1H), 4.30-4.55 (m, 2H), 4.00-4.30 (m, 2H), 3.70-3.85 (m,1H), 3.40-3.65 (m, 2H), 2.90-3.12 (m, 2H), 2.70-2.90 (m, 1H), 2.30-2.50 (m, 1H), 2.00-2.20 (m, 4H)
