Procedure

The title compound was prepared in the same manner as described for intermediate 46 using ethyl 6-cyclopropyl-1-[2-({[(1,1-dimethylethyl)oxy]carbonyl}amino)ethyl]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-4-carboxylate (110 mg, 0.294 mmol), sodium hydroxide (1 mL, 0.294 mmol), and ethanol (10 mL) wherein the stir time was 16 h. The final product was collected as 0.060 g (59%). LCMS E-S (M+H)=347.1 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.06-1.13 (m, 4H) 1.27 (s, 9H) 2.33-2.43 (m, 1H) 3.37 (q, J=5.81 Hz, 2H) 4.44 (t, J=5.94 Hz, 2H) 6.84 (t, J=5.81 Hz, 1H) 7.62 (s, 5H) 8.24 (s, 1H).
