The title compound was prepared in the same manner as described for intermediate 52 using ethyl 6-cyclopropyl-1-(1-cyclohexyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-4-carboxylate (820 mg, 2.5 mmol) and sodium hydroxide (7.51 mL, 7.51 mmol). The final product was collected as a solid, 0.660 g (88%). LCMS E-S (M+H)=300.4 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.01-1.11 (m, 4H), 1.16-1.31 (m, 1H), 1.36-1.55 (m, 2H), 1.70 (d, J=12.38 Hz, 1H), 1.80-1.98 (m, 6H), 2.32 (m, J=7.80, 7.80, 5.05, 4.86 Hz, 1H), 2.55 (s, 3H), 4.60-4.73 (m, 1H), 7.40 (s, 1H), 13.71 (br. s., 1H).
