Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared in the same manner as described for intermediate 75 using ethyl 1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-3-methyl-6-[4-(methyloxy)phenyl]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-4-carboxylate (400 mg, 1.089 mmol), 3N sodium hydroxide (1.814 mL, 5.44 mmol), and EtOH (6 mL). The product was collected as 347 mg (94%). LCMS E-S (M+H)=340.2. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.81 (s, 9H), 2.55 (s, 3H), 7.11 (d, J=8.84 Hz, 2H), 7.89 (s, 1H), 8.16 (d, J=8.84 Hz, 2H).
