Reaction Steps

A solution of compound of step e) (394 mg, 1.2 mmol) in methanol/NH3 (4 molar) is transferred into an autoclave and kept at 120° C. for 48 hours. After cooling the reaction is concentrated and the crude residue is purified on silica gel (methylene chloride/methanol 90/105) affording the pure title compound.
