The title compound was prepared in a fashion similar to that described in Example 193 from 6-trifluoromethyl-3-(piperidin-4-yl)-1H-indole (0.50 g, 1.9 mmol) and (S)-(+)-4-(oxiranylmethoxy)-1H-indole (0.35 g, 1.9 mmol). The product was isolated as a white foam. Yield 250 mg (29%). mp 100°-105° C. FDMS m/e=457 (M+ of free base). α[D]589 =+8.13 (c=1.01, methanol/dimethylsulfoxide).
