The title compound was prepared in a fashion similar to that described in Example 193 from 6-fluoro-3-(piperidin-4-yl)-1H-indole (1.00 g, 4.6 mmol) and (S)-(+)-4-(oxiranylmethoxy)-1H-indole (0.91 g, 4.8 mmol). The product was isolated as a white foam. Yield 0.75 g (40%). mp 94°-97° C. FDMS m/e=407 (M+ of free base). α[D]589 =+7.97 (c=1.00, methanol/dimethylsulfoxide).
