Reaction Steps
Compound 18 was prepared from Compound 9, using a procedure analogous to that described previously for Compound 20. The crude product was recrystallized from ethyl acetate to give a 24% yield of white solid, m.p. 121°-123° C. Analysis: Calculated for C14H22N4OS2 : C, 51.50; H, 6.79; N, 17.16. Found: C, 61.30; H, 6.69; N, 16.97.
