Reaction Steps
Reaction of 3,3-bis(4-methoxy-phenyl)-prop-2-en-1-ol (216 mg, 0.8 mmol), triphenylphosphine (240 mg, 0.9 mmol), 2-ethoxy-3-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propionic acid ethyl ester (240 mg, 1.0 mmol) and diethylazodicarboxylate (0.11 mL, 0.9 mmol) in an identical manner to Example 1 gave the title compound (90 mg).
