The title compound was prepared by reacting 2-(6-methyl-3-pyridyloxy)-2-methylpropionic acid (Step B, 75 mg, 0.63 mmol) with 2-amino-3,4-bis(4-chlorophenyl)butane hydrochloride salt (Diastereomer α, Reference Example 1) (0.23 g, 0.63 mmol) following the procedure described in Example 62-63. LC-MS: m/e 471 (M+H)+ (3.1 min).
