The title compound was prepared according to the procedure of step 3 in the example 13 using 4-{4-[3-(6-amino-5-chloro-2-methoxypyridin-3-yl)-3-oxopropyl]piperidin-1-yl}-2,2-dimethylpentan-3-one (step 1 in example 104) instead of 6-amino-5-chloro-N-{[1-(cyclohexylmethyl)-4-piperidinyl]methyl}-2-(methyloxy)-3-pyridinecarboxamide. Then treated with equal amount of fumaric acid in methanol and concentrated gave brown solid, which was recrystallized from ethanol/diethyl ether to afford the title compound as a pale brown solid.
