Versuchsvorschrift

A solution of 100 mg (0.19 mmol) (R)-2-(4-amino-3-methyl-5-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-1-carboxy-ethyl 4-(2-oxo-1,2,4,5-tetrahydro-1,3-benzodiazepin-3-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylate, 67 mg (0.21 mmol) TBTU and 50 μL (0.36 mmol) triethylamine in 1 mL DMF was stirred for 10 min at RT. Then 40 mg (0.24 mmol) 1-(tetrahydropyran-4-yl)-piperazine were added and the reaction mixture was stirred for a further 20 h at RT. The reaction solution was purified by HPLC without any further working up. The fractions containing the product were combined and lyophilised.
