[1-(5-Amino-2-chloro-benzyl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-dimethyl-amine (Step f, 1.2 g, 4.7 mmol, 1.0 eq.) was dissolved into CH2Cl2 (100 ml) and 1,1′-thiocarbonyldiimidazole (0.85 g, 4.7 mmol, 1.0 eq.) was added. The reaction was stirred at RT for 2 h. TLC showed conversion of starting material into product. Concentrated down to dryness and purified by column chromatography (100% EtOAc) to give [1-(2-chloro-5-isothiocyanato-benzyl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-dimethyl-amine.
