Compound 61 was prepared using the synthetic sequence in a manner analogous to the method described for the conversion of compound 21 to compound 23 and illustrated in Scheme 2. NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 8.8(br s, 1H), 8.45(m, 1H), 8.1(m, 1H), 7.75(m, 2H), 7.4-7.2(m, 7H), 7.05(m, 1H), 5.9(s, 1H), 5.0(d, J=15 Hz, 1H), 4.4(d, J=15 Hz, 1H), 3.65(d, J=19 Hz, 1H), 3.5(d, J=19 Hz, 1H), 2.4(s, 3H). MS: m/z (MNa+) 410.
