Using a method similar to Example 710, Step 4, using 6-(2-fluoro-4-formyl-6-methoxy-phenoxy)-nicotinamide (250 mg, 0.861 mmol), 3,3-dimethyl-butylamine (104 mg, 1.03 mmol), and NaBH4 (49 mg, 1.29 mmol) gave the title compound (259 mg) as a white solid. Mass spectrum (ion spray): m/z=376 (M+1); 1HNMR (DMSO-d6): 8.50 (s, 1H), 8.23 (d, 1 μl), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.44 (s, 1H), 7.13 (d, 1H), 6.96 (s, 1H), 6.89 (d, 1H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 3.68 (s, 2H), 2.51 (t, 2H), 1.37 (t, 2H), 0.86 (s, 9H).
